Teen Travelling Alone For The 1st time? Stay Updated With iOS Parental Control App

Ever let your teen or pre-teen travel alone? Your probable answer is of course not, but in fact you have. What about all the trips in middle school or the overnight camps they went to, every time your teens did or do something like this without you, they are travelling alone. But this is different from taking long distance or international trips. The thought of your teen travelling alone so much far away from home for the first time can worry you sick. But before you allow your teen to travel alone, it is very important to understand the dangers involved and the safety measures you need to take to prevent them.

apps, mum finds, online resources for mums, technology, mobile apps for the familyTeens can be persuasive and stubborn, once they decide they want to do something they will make sure they do it. And parenting teens, you are well aware about how impulsive, careless and adventurous teens can be. Even if it’s a trip to a relative’s or a vacation with their friends, teens need to understand that they have to act responsibly. Once you think your teens are old enough to take a trip without you they are old enough to understand the important rules about travelling solo and how to take care of themselves.

But you cannot rely on children to stay safe entirely; you have to be aware of their whereabouts at all times. So instead of waiting for their calls to inquire about their safety, you can use iOS parental controls to monitor your teen even when they are far away. But why parents consider travelling alone dangerous for their teens.

Travelling alone can be dangerous

You’re standing there, waving good bye to your teen at the airport, when you see them disappearing along the queueyou think to yourself, “I hope she comes back as happy as she is now”. Of course you’re worried that something might happen to your teen.

#FitTea Review: A 14-Day Detox Program

review, product review, women health, health products, health and wellness, detox programs

I have always been a coffee drinker and I normally have at least a cup or two each day. The most I drank in a day is 3 cups, that’s when I needed the boost one day I had to pull an all-nighter to finish a pending task. I also get an extra cup when I am down with a bad headache. Yes, I love my steaming mug of coffee in my favorite “Domestic Diva” mug, but I am also aware of its ill effects, especially when taken in excessive amounts. That is why, I have also been meaning to find a healthier alternative.

I have tried ditching coffee for tea for awhile. Instead of grabbing my favorite caffeine-laden drink brand, I grabbed for a box of tea. I enjoyed it for awhile, but I just found tea quite a bore to drink compared to the exciting and flavorful coffee. After a few months, I got tired of drinking tea and went back to sipping my coffee to the last dregs.

That is until I stumbled upon this FitTea review talking about the many benefits of this organic tea brand and how it tastes better than the rest of its tea contemporary. It is the same reason I immediately signed up to receive samples for review.

FitTea in a nutshell

The FitTea 14 Day Detox package contains 15 individual tea bags of delicious blend of all-natural ingredients, including:

  • Organic Green Tea ~ is known to improve heart and mental health, as well as aid digestion and weight loss
  • Oolong Wu Yi ~ is used to prevent illnesses like heart disease, osteoporosis, and cancer. It is also known to sharpen mental alertness and prevent tooth decay
  • Organic Rooibos ~ can cure nagging headaches, as well as asthma and insomnia
  • Ginger ~ is most commonly known for its anti-inflammatory properties, as well as its ability to prevent various stomach illnesses like stomach upset and diarrhea
  • Pomegranate ~ has antioxidants that lower blood pressure and prevent heart attack and stroke
  • Guarana ~ is used its weight loss and energy-boosting properties
  • Birch ~ has components that help flush out the urinary tract and prevent urinary tract infection
  • Stevia ~ 100 natural healthy sweetener
  • Corn ~ has the phytochemicals lutein and zeaxanthin that promotes healthy vision, as well as dietary fibers
  • Honey Powder ~ a low-calorie and all-organic sweetener, and need we say more about honey?

These natural ingredients combined results to a faster and all-natural detox. And as the product tagline promised, “give us a few weeks and we’ll give you a new waistline.” I am sure that if I take this 14-day detox to heart, I can soon bid goodbye to the extra pounds and unwanted bulges.

meanwhile, my 14-day #FitTea detox continues. Will share about the experience on the blog next #productreview #tea

The instructions at the back suggests to drink it every morning or before a workout. Now as much as I would like to have some before working out, I have yet to carve a work out schedule for myself {it has been ages since I was in my yoga mat, stretching and trying to keep fit!}, so I take the tea each morning to replace my regular morning coffee.
