I recently ordered a copy of my birth certificate. Since we are still limiting our activities outside, I decided to just order it only via psahelpline.ph. The transaction was smooth and very convenient. I was able to complete my order in just a few minutes.

In case you need one soon, here are the 5 easy steps on how to order your PSA certificates online:

1. Go to psahelpline.ph

The PSA Helpline website was launched in 2000. It is authorized by the PSA {Philippine Statistics Authority} to process online requests for PSA birth, marriage, CENOMAR, and death certificates. They also provide nationwide delivery. It has since catered to millions of Filipinos.

To jumpstart your transaction, visit the PSA Helpline website and click on the “Order Now” button. Remember that you will need to be of legal age in order to proceed with your application request.

2. Order your certificate

To begin your application process, choose the certificate type you wish to order. Click on Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to proceed.

You will then need to answer whether you are requesting a document for yourself or for someone else. Just click on the appropriate option, then, and press “Continue”. If you are requesting a certificate for your spouse, you will need to ask them to directly request for it themselves.

3. Provide your information

You will need to provide the following information to proceed with your request:

• About yourself
• On your father
• About your mother
• Your birthplace
• If your document is of Late Registration
• The purpose of your requst
• Legal proceedings {if your documents has any legal proceedings done and you have not previously requested for a PSA copy, will not be able to proceed with your online order. You will get a note instructing you to personally secure a copy from the PSA office. This is to ensure that annotations made on your document will also be included in your certified copies.}
• Your delivery address and contact information {remember that you will need to provide an address where you can personally receive your requested document. It will not be released to anyone else even if you provide an authorization letter.}

Upon the process of your order, you will be prompted to choose a valid ID. You need to present this upon delivery of your documents.

4. Pay for your order online

Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificates cost Php365, while CENOMAR costs Php420. These rates include the service fee, as well as the nationwide courier fees.

Various payment options are available in the website for the user’s convenience. You can choose to pay your orders online via credit card, GCash, Paymaya, or BayadOnline.

Alternately, over-the-counter payments for 7 Eleven, Bayad, or Palawan Pawnshop. BancNet are also available, and DragonPay payment options are also available.

5. Wait for your document delivery

Once your order is complete, all you need to do is wait for the delivery of your documents right at your doorstep. Metro Manila orders are delivered in 3-4 working days, while provincial orders can take up to 3-8 working days.

Check the status of your delivery

You can also check the status of your order in the website. Your Order Status can either be waiting for payment, already paid, already released at the PSA, our for delivery, or delivered.

To check, simply enter the 10-digit reference number sent to your email upon completion of your order.
