This is a government-subsidized institute that was set up to promote + develop green technology + green products. This institute aims to secure the rise of environment industry which will alleviate climate change + improve the quality of life, in the long run.

Koreans capitalized and allocate enough budget to come up with green projects for their country while on the side of the globe like the Philippines [the Arroyos, Mikey in particular] brought and approved the LPG alternative energy to consumers [a Korean project which was banned in Korea] and is now in the Philippine market. Little information, such a risky move by the Philippine gov’t. Readers beware of taxi cabs that uses LPG fuel, gas emitted through the air-condioning system goes directly to your lungs.
