  1. I do sometimes suffer from back pains especially if I have been spending so much time sitting in front of the computer to finish my online tasks. My husband and my kids would sometimes remind me to take some time off and do some stretching.

  3. This is reall helpful! Especially since I have scoliosis myself. 🙂 My doctor also advised me that hindi dapat direct sa back mo ang aircon or electric fan din daw. XD

  4. The downside here is that if you’re a coffee-drinker like me, experts say that caffeine interferes with calcium absorption. So it’s best to limit that caffeine intake. 😉

    But as always, if pain is recurrent seek the help of the doctor, I have a condition similar to GMA – Arroyo {Cervical Spondylosis and also Lumbar Strain).

    I thought neck pain and back pain lang na simple, pero medyo malala na pala at paulit ulit…

  7. oh yeah you have a sexy back! totots yan! anyway, lower back ko din ang prob. i keep standing up para di mag stay sa isang position. i also get massages from time to time. pero ang hilot talaga nakatanggal ng chronic pain.
