I do not know about you but I am really paranoid about germs and bacteria lurking everywhere. I must have gotten it from my Papa who cannot stand the site of cluttered yard and home, and will not go to bed without checking each of his 5 offspring’s feet just to make sure we go to bed with them clean {when we were just little kids}! It must also be the OC-ish part of me kicking in and being a mum just made it worse. Sure I will allow the house to accumulate dust from time to time but I can only stand so much, especially when I thought of dust mites giving the little man allergies and other sickness. I guess I was raised to put stock on cleanliness and health, so I am glad that the tedious cleaning and the endless hand-washing is working well for me and the little man.

If we can help it, we’d love for our homes to be orderly and tidy. Even when it is very difficult to keep everything spic n’ span, especially with a rowdy toddler around who simply has a knack at cluttering any space he occupies, we struggle to keep everything clean. But don’t we all know that cleaning is just the first step and it actually takes more than surface cleaning our furniture, our walls and floors and our little one’s bedrooms to make sure that everything is clean and our place is safe enough for our little ones to live in and roam around?
The brilliant people behind Lysol who believe that there’s something more than simply cleaning recently launched two new additions to their wide array of house-friendly cleaners, and mum is simply fortunate to be invited. Held at the whimsical Stacy’s at The Fort, fellow mum bloggers and celebrity mum Lexi Schulze witnessed the unveiling of 2 new products from Lysol ~ Lysol Disinfectant Spray for Baby’s Room and Lysol Liquid Hand Soap.
Can I just say that Stacy’s is simply beautiful, you’d feel like putting it in your bag and taking it home if only you can. I love the colorful decorations and photographs on the wall. I also fell in love with the lovely knickknacks they have on display, including this big diecast Volkswagen that I am sure my little man will love, too! The place is just perfect for a wonderful lunch or dinner with your loved ones and I cannot wait to go there again with my boys, so they can also try the wonderful dishes. This time, though, we’ll probably opt for the nearer branch in Quezon City. I am sure it will be as equally lovely.
