  1. this is my first to to hear about Land partnership… it’s interesting yet quite confusing at the same time… so it differs from a land owner who let his land be rented and be paid on a monthly basis right? Because the income he get from this partnership will be coming from the income produced by the developed properties? Thanks for sharing

  2. I agree this is very sound investment. If I have a property in prime areas and don’t have enough resources to develop it, I would also partner with big developers.

  3. What I like about CitiGlobal besides land partnership is that they develop properties in nice location like Tagaytay. They offer affordable units too. I’m now thinking to get one if pasok sa budget (for investment purposes). They will develop some properties on Cebu and Palawan soon also.

  4. What I often heard about land dealership is brokerage and it is a licensed broker who deals with the owner of the land for sale. This one is different and even a unique term – land partner, land partnership for t hat matter.
