It probably is a common misconception that something awesome or amazing has to happen in our lives so that we might be able to feel grateful, when in fact, with out without these awesome things happening, we can always choose to be grateful. It is, indeed, a state of being. And we might never be truly happy until we make gratitude our default setting.
Here is my gratitude list for this week:
:sun: brighter and sunnier weather
:sun: a little green bell pepper sprouting in one of my chili plants
:sun: convos with a dear friend
:sun: blogger mails {how I missed them!}
:sun: pasalubong from MIBF courtesy of my dear sister
:sun: ticking off a few more items from my September to-do list
:sun: chia seeds
:sun: free time
:sun: discovering and finishing Anne With An “E” {now I cannot wait to get my hands on a copy of the book}
:sun: surprises in the mail
:sun: de-cluttering in some portions of the house and hoping to do a bit more before the week ends
:sun: V&M Naturals’ sale on BeautyMNL
:sun: discovering mangosteen and loving it!
:sun: spending quality time with my love
What are you thankful for? :heart:
