To keep an attitude of gratitude, I only need to pay attention to the here and now, to my own breathing, my bodily functions that allow me to thrive and live and do all the things I must and love to do, to my surrounding where blessings and wonders abound.
These are the things I am thankful for this week:
:rainbow: long zzz time, especially that the cold weather begs for it
:rainbow: the little man absolutely enjoying his school field trip
:rainbow: my parcel from Japan :heart:
:rainbow: Healing The Whole Self 4-week workshop with Deepak Chopra {I already did the first meditation with the little man a few nights ago and will be doing the second one over weekend}. You may still catch up and register here if you’re interested.
:rainbow: Citang’s lugaw for breakfast. Yum! :bowl:
:rainbow: finally visiting The National Museum of Natural History
:rainbow: my new Instax!
:rainbow: finishing Sherlock on Netflix. I sure miss Holmes and Watson, along with their quirks and accent.
:rainbow: finishing the Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald ~ The Original Screenplay, my first read for the year {joining the 2019 Reading Challenge and aiming to read 30 books, or more, this year!}
:rainbow: gifts from my dear friend from across the miles :heart:
:rainbow: earning opportunity for the little man’s blog
:rainbow: my new succulents!
What are you thankful for today?
