this photo was taken during our outing in Bataan just this summer

This photo depicts one of the happy (+ I intend to make more of  ’em) moments I shared with my son. He simple love the water (may this be in his bathtub, or the rain dripping down from our window pane, the splashing from his inflatable pool + finally the actual swimming pool + the sea) so I plan to bring him more often to pools (if my purse + weather permits) or the beach (if I can afford it!).

My son is what keeps my sanity in this otherwise insane world, he is what keeps me grounded + focused. He is my sanctuary during the times I am feeling sad + low + to my wit’s ends (trust me, there are plenty of those episodes!). He is also my source of never ending laughter + giggles + fun! I guess I have found me a fountain of youth! I don’t think I’d ever grow old when I am around him, his youth + vigor is simply infectious!
