My Giveaway Prize from Working Mama + Dezign With a Z

Another blessing came in the mail recently. This time it was my prize from Working Mama and Dezign with a Z Giveaway! I won a $30 Gift Certificate to be used on Dezign with a Z shop for any item I might fancy. It was really hard to choose as they have a lot of interesting items available and I wished I can buy a bunch with just one gift certificate! 😀 In the end, I chose this uber cool airplane/stars/clouds kiddie room wall decal in blue {to go well with our blue room} which I plan to put on our bedroom.

The item arrived shortly after I have placed my order and I went to work and placed it on our bedroom one lazy evening. The little man loved it!  :heart:

I was also fortunate that Dezign with a Z agreed to give me another item for free in exchange for my review. I chose this wall decal clock, this time, which I plan to put in our living room. This item was shipped together with my giveaway prize. I shall be featuring it on a review post next.

This mum is all for natural + green products, especially the ones that I use on my little man’s über sensitive skin. That is why when I found out that BeautyQueenGene is giving away gift packs of Nivea Pure + Natural products, {check out the giveaway post here} I just knew I had to join + win those items.

+ true enough I won the contest {check out the video announcement here} +, boy, what a real treat! I received the package in the mail many weeks ago {yeah, this post has “another long-overdue” stamp written all over it!}. My prize included the following awesome products:

  • Express Hydration Lotion (125mL)
  • Pure & Natural Deo Spray (150mL)
  • Energy Fresh Anti-perspirant Stick (40mL)
  • Pure & Natural Baby Wipes (50 sheets pack)
  • Double Effect Deo Spray (150mL)
Of course the little man automatically gets the pack of Pure + Natural baby wipes. I just love these cloth-like wipes that are oh-so-natural + so gentle on my son’s bums. I shared the Express Hydration Lotion with my bro {he actually gets to use it first}, but I brought it with me to the new place, so I guess Ken has to buy one for himself 🙂
As for the Deo Sprays + the Anti-perspirant sticks, oh well, am not really that fond of them, in fact I’ve never used one in my life + I am thinking I’d be sharing it with my readers, so you have to watch out for that. I just need to work on a few things + hopefully my little giveaway will be up in no time. I am sure BeautyQueenGene wouldn’t mind.

pink friday:pink perfume

It won’t be long now until I run out of pink photos + stuff to share, one of the downside of not having a little baby girl :), but am sure there are loads of pink items to find in Mr. Google. But lucky that before I rummage into the delves of Google’s ginormous files, I have one more pink stuff for this week, the very loud + pink Loud Tommy Hilfiger perfume I won from Nuffnang not long ago. I like the sweet scent of it, for something who claims to be loud, it is pretty subtle + sweet on my nose. I haven’t got the chance to use it yet, though. Maybe one of these days…
