It may not be as simple as it sounds, and there are days when we have to work extra harder, but if we realize that each moment in our lives, both laughter and tears, the sun and the rain, are equally as essential to our growth, then, and only then, can we see each of these moments through the eyes of gratitude.

This week, I am grateful for:

In life, disappointments are inevitable. People in our lives, even those we love, including our spouse and our children, are bound to disappoint us numerous times. Circumstances and situations will also disappoint us time and again. That is why it really is a must that we keep an attitude of gratitude that when disappointments come in we can still manage to see the good in everyone or everything and let love, peace, and contentment come to us, instead.

This week, I am grateful for:
