Brigada Eskwela is an annual community outreach program by our Philippine Army to help local public elementary schools in the country with cleaning the school grounds, fixing school desks, tending to the garden (as depicted in the photo above: a female reservist soldier leads pupils in cleaning the garden at Maharlika Elementary School – Taguig City) + other clean-up activities in preparation for the incoming school year. Both active + reservist soldiers lend their hand to make Brigada Eskwela 2011 activities nationwide a rousing success.
