   • Once registered, all qualified transactions during the promo period will automatically earn raffle entries.
2. I just received my China Bank MasterCard last October 01, 2015, can I still join in the raffle promo?
   • Yes, cardholders will have until Nov 15, 2015 to make transactions to qualify for the raffle promo.
3. I’m a China Bank MasterCard Supplementary Cardholder. Can I also join the raffle?
   • Your transactions as a Supplementary Cardholder will be qualified under the Principal Cardholder.
   • To qualify, the Principal Cardholder will have to log on to chinabank.ph/2mmrafflepromo to register to the raffle promo.Once registered, all qualified transactions during the promo period will automatically earn raffle entries.
4. My transaction is worth Php10,500, how many raffle entries will I earn?
   • Your transaction will earn one (1) raffle entry.For a minimum single-receipt transaction of Php1,500, cardholders will earn one (1) raffle entry.
5. I’m a cardholder from Cebu, how will I know if I won in the raffle, and how will I claim my prize?
   • Winners will be informed via phone call, registered mail, and a print announcement.
   • Provincial cardholders may send the required documents via email (scanned copy) or via registered mail to claim their prize.
6. I’m one of the Mabuhay Miles prize winners. How will I get the Mabuhay Miles?
   • If you don’t have a Mabuhay Miles Account yet, you will have to register via mabuhaymiles.com using the as it appears on your winning China Bank MasterCard.If you have an existing Mabuhay Miles Account, this can also be used as long as this account has the same name as it appears on your winning China Bank MasterCard.
7. I’m the 1MM Mabuhay Miles plus Priceless NY Holiday winner. What is the itinerary for the trip?
   • Departure from Manila is on Dec 10, and arrival is on Dec 11 in NYC. The Priceless experience is a 4D/3N trip comprised of the following activities. Departure from NY is on Dec 14, and arrival in Manila is on Dec 15.
8. I’m the 1MM Mabuhay Miles plus Priceless NY Holiday winner, but I don’t have a passport &/or Visa.
   • The Priceless New York Holiday package is transferable, but the 1MM Mabuhay Miles is not. 
9. Can I call to inquire about my raffle entry numbers?
   • Raffle entries will be electronically generated so we will not be able to give you the raffle entry numbers.

The promo period is from 19 September – 15 November, 2015. Each Php1,500 worth single-receipt local purchase earns a cardholder 1 raffle entry, whereas foreign currency transactions will earn 2 raffle entries for a single-receipt purchase worth Php1,500 {when converter to Philippine Peso}. Each straight and installment transactions, as well as convert-to-cash, auto charge bills payment, and balance transfer transaction is eligible to earn raffles, which shall be electronically generated.
